I love reading my Real Simple magazine especially when I'm feeling a little stressed. Now, everyday I enjoy a simple daily thought that boosts my enthusiasm AND is delivered to my inbox. These vary in subject everyday but mostly I enjoy receiving them. Here's a little sample...

Why didn't I think of that?

This morning I was browsing through many, many cooking blogs; from drinks, to entrées to desserts and yes, I found a few recipes that I'm going to try but I think I'm going to disappoint you because I am not about to share a great, delicious recipe instead I am going to share with you the simple art of peeling a kiwi!

Alejandra Ramos from Always Order Dessert has this amazing short video on how to do it and honestly, the first thing that popped into my head was, why didn't I think of that?!?! I mean, I loooove kiwi and because it's juicy it tends to make a little bit of a mess but still I enjoy it and now this simple step-by-step video tutorial has made it much more simpler.
