1 is 2 Many

It's been a while since I last said Hello! But this afternoon, I am sharing this PSA via The White House because as a woman, a mother, a daughter, a sister and a friend ... I want to be part of the solution and my tiny contribution is in sharing this video and raising awareness about sexual assault (or whatever other label you may have for it), it is a crime no matter how you put it and we ALL have to make sure we do our part!

Let's not make this issue a taboo, instead let's take the proper precautions by means of educating ourselves and our children young and adult alike.

Because I won't quit!

Sometimes (not too often) I feel overwhelmed that I don't know what to do with myself but I deal with life's situations and circumstances as they come. My go-to, problem-solving technique is Prayer. Prayer for me is like air, I need it every day at every moment. At the beginning of this month I went through a little scare that sent me to the emergency room. What surprised me the most was finding out that I am stressed. Why you may ask? Because I didn't know I was!

By the grace of my Lord, here I am!! And honestly, it's taken me sometime to get myself back together again but every day I pray and pray a little more that He will allow me the time and blessings he already has in store for me. I know that I am never alone, He is always there by my side and with that in my heart I wake up, I thank Him, and I live the life He has graciously granted me to its fullest. I may not have everything (according to our society's standards) but I feel like the richest woman in the whole wide world!

As a matter of fact, I am!! I have a beautiful family, I have a job, I have a roof over my head, I have food at my table and most of all, I have His love!

Here's a little reminder to get you through whatever you may be going through at this specific moment ... Don't give up, don't give in. You can do it!!
