Late night?
Summer is here, the nights are longer and if you're looking for family entertainment why not take the family on a Sunday evening to the Aquarium of the Pacific's Summer Late Nights! They are held every Sunday (and some Saturdays) throughout the summer months of June, July and August. For half the price (per person), you get to enjoy the Aquarium from 5 to 9 P.M. Check it out!

Gotta love these summertime ideas...
See, this is exactly why I'm a devout follower of all things REAL SIMPLE. Read on and learn how to use old things for new and improved uses! I will share a few that I completely love because they are so simple and I know we all have these somewhere around the house (or kitchen to be exact) ...
Ice cube tray as a paint palette ~ for every little artist in the house! Plus you can mix your colors for new creations... let their imagination fly!
Oven mitt as a BBQ utensil holder ~ must I say more... well, except for everything will be handy by the grill.
Cupcake liners as helpful drip catchers ~ if you have little ones in the house, you know that when those sunny summer days arrive your freezer better be stocked up with lots and lots of Popsicles. And who likes sticky, messy hands or floors? No one! So next time you serve one, stick it through a cupcake liner and you'll be a happy camper or in this case; mommy!

Gotta love Memo!
Yesterday I had the opportunity to accompany my little girl to her end-of-the-year fieldtrip at the Aquarium of the Pacific and it was a GREAT day. She had a lot fun plus it was her BiRtHdAy woo hoo!!!
Daddy and baby brother joined us, too. Now you ought to know that it was his first time at the aquarium and was so excited to be there. Guess what he said as soon as he went in... Memo!!! (you all know he meant, Nemo lol...) Gotta love my little ones -- they certainly bring a lot of smiles to my day!
Thank you Lord for the gift of my children ~ I love you both so much!!!
